A Day in the Garden with The Beales Family

A Day in The Garden With The Beales Family

Ashdown Roses invites you to spend an entire day at Ashdown with The First Family of Roses. Come join Peter, Amanda & Richard Beales for talks and lunch, followed by a leisurely afternoon visit with all of them in the Ashdown Rosarium. This is the first time the entire Beales Family has been together for a rose event in the United States; marking this as a truly historic occasion. So mark your calendar, make your reservation and plan to join us. We look forward to hosting you.

The Schedule.

Morning - Peter, Amanda & Richard Beales will co-present a seminar on their past, present and future in roses. This will take place in the large marquee being brought in for the occasion. There will be a mid-morning break for coffee and time for questions and answers.

Luncheon - We will have an informal affair in the marquee catered by Persimmons Bistro. Persimmons head Chef Steve Landon is already working on the menu and as a frequent diner at Persimmons I can promise it will be delicious. Wine will be served for those who wish. All is included in the price.

Afternoon - Come join us the Old Rose Section of the Ashdown Rosarium where we will have an additional marquee with tables and chairs. We will have tables set up for you to help yourself to desert, coffee, tea, champagne and of course; strawberries and cream! In addition the Beales Family will be on hand for the afternoon to sign books (we will have them for sale or bring your own), one-on-one visits, photos and strolls around the garden with you. All is included in the price.
